Living in Consolacion is sort of a struggle when it comes to buying from local businesses because a lot of these businesses are outside my municipality and they don’t deliver to my place. However, I discovered that there are actually businesses here that sell the things I want like milk tea, pastries, desserts, yoga mats, jump ropes, cloth face masks, etc. The best part is that one of these business owners is a makeup artist/ designer friend of mine, Rey Gabriel Congson, who decided to start another business that sells some of the things I mentioned. This goes to show how resilient and adaptive people can be during a pandemic.
